The U.S. government condemns burning the Qur'an. Yet the U.S. government burns Bibles. This is a clear violation of the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

  • Just think of WWII. Would we have ordered Mein Kampf to be similarly respected lest Nazis become upset? By endorsing Islam, we are capitulating to the very ideology that IS behind terrorism.

  • The idiot who made this video neglected to mention that this took place in May of 2008, during Bush's presidency. I'm guessing he thinks he's a good Christian, so he's spreading false witness with this stupid story. The unsolicited Bibles sent by a church in the United States were confiscated in 2008 at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan because military rules forbid troops of any religion from proselytizing while deployed there.

  • Incredibly twisted logic and bone-headed hate-mogering.

  • @ZombieApocalypse19 Correct it was just what needed to be done at the time what the government wants is regular citizens not to burn bible's of any religion. Also so very true if you don't like Obama don't vote for him I know I wont.

  • PROPHETIC WORD MARCH 4, 2012: Obama is going to serve (DICTATE) a second term. God says: “He who sits in the heavens laughs; The Lord scoffs at them” I told churches all over America back in the eighties and nineties that there was a plan to shut down our liberty as Christians but very few listened. We haven’t seen nothing yet compared to what is coming against the body of Christ. The government is going to increase raids on churches, homes and Christians. wwwdotstressterminatordotcom clik mafia

  • If burning Bibles was needed to save hundreds of our troops, then so be it. Why have an outbreak of attacks against out troops over a book. The military did what they thought was best to support our troops. This is just another example of someone trying to spark unnecessary paranoia in Americans. If you don't like Obama, don't vote for him. If you think burning Bibles is wrong, don't burn them, etc.

  • You are right....but it starts somewhere. An act of Congress begins with an idea that gains support and eventually pushes a sellout politician to propose the law. Don't underestimate the power of an idea that gets public support from politicians either through words or actions.

  • I hate apologists too, but this guy doesn't understand law very well. The U.S. Government isn't violating the establishment clause in any way. The first amendment states:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

So for the clause to be violated, congress would have to pass a law favoring one religion over another, which hasn't happened. A memo instructing people how to handle a book isn't an act of congress.

  • It's time to impeach this President for violating the Constitution. In response to the big mouth, westerncivilization, kindly give the actual citation in the Talmud or shut your mouth where you do not know what you are talking about, further communism and marxism are two different philosophies.

  • My opinion of Obozo and Clinton was already in the toilet. Patreus you just earned the same position. I would have resigned before being a hypocrit and providing the "respect" of one "bible" over another.
