@HachiZenki You are wrong, you only rest a steak for 5 minutes. However, this steak is Kobe beef and so I would not matter if you rest it or not. You can eat kobe beef sashimi style if you want. You don't know what you're talking about, perhaps you are the one who doesn't know how to cook a steak.

That chef ruined that steak. Doesn't he even know the basics of cooking steak? You have to let is rest for at least 15 mins after cooking before you cut it.

I cannot believe they looked for a fish for an entire week and all those people want beef. It's tuna, for God's sake! TUNA! A creature that was almost shredded from the head by some asshole killer whale!
