Another wonderful Shetland tune, this one asked for by moragargyll. The tune was composed by one of my oldest friends, Jim Halcrow from Scalloway for his wife, Doreen. Jim's one of the most amazing accordionists I've had the pleasure of knowing. Since Jim comes from Scalloway, all the pictures are from Scalloway in Shetland.

  • This is a lovely tune Graham. Do you know if Jim has any connection with the Halcrows from Sandwick?

    George

  • Not sure about that one George I'll ask him next time we chat.

  • You're the king midas of the Scottish accordion Graham. Everthing you touch turns to gold. Well played sir

  • Aye but there was a nasty twist at the end of the king Midus story I don't want to happen to me LOL LOL LOL

  • I like so much this waltz!
