This is a hack of Super Mario Bros 3. New features include the search for seven keys within each world and an extra item like in Super Mario World. These levels are much harder.

When he first enters 1-2, it's snowing(?) and dark. When he dies and comes back, it's sunny and everything's normal. Is that a glitch or intentional?

@beardanthony Jajaja. If you use savestates in any game, then you suck as a player. In any game. This hack level design is perfect. Obviously, you are a newbie at mario. Go back to SMB3, play it until the end, and then return to this. This hack is a masterpiece.

Remember when mario was bear foot he got hurt by the spikes but when he had the shoes he was protected remember your shoes!

This is not a fun hack, at all.

The graphics are nice, and the new content is interesting. However, this is negated by the fact that the level design is TERRIBLE. I am a very good Mario player, have been playing for 20+ years, and I could not keep myself from hitting save/load state. There were spots where it was nearly impossible to figure out what you needed to do next, and the constant threat of INVISIBLE ENEMIES made it unbearable. Seriously? Invisible enemies? Who approved that?!

no one can deny the love for the person who brings us MORE MARIO (mario 3, is awesome, and the best game to play over a toke with some buddies on a fri or sat night just like we did in the oldschool).

@DLJBFan2008 weather is random every time you play a level, also the weather affects the properties of the level, ie: snowing makes it slippery
