Note: I had to film it with my phone because my camera battery died right before I started squatting (fail).
I switched to low-bar position from high-bar and my form is lacking ... hence this video.
The first set of 145kg was bad (only the first one looked like depth) and each rep of the second set were high. It looks like I lose my arch, and I need to sit back more ... but hopefully people can find more to improve on.
