20 meter Double Kettlebell Farmers Walk (140lbs / 2X32kgs)
3 laps Plyobox Jumps (14, 18, 24 inch boxes)

for the split squats, i usually have my back leg further back than how you do it. Am i performing the squat wrongly?

Different variation equally valid. This variation is more like a weighted "Airborne" squat version of the Bulgarian split.
