For Time, Complete 5 Rounds of the following Circuit:
30sec Double Clubbell Rock-It (70lbs / 2X35lbs)
30R/30L sec Bulgarian Split Squat (135lbs)
30sec BOSU Jump Split Squat
30sec Medball Lateral Step-up (14lbs)
30sec BOSU Lateral Step-up
20 meter Double Kettlebell Farmers Walk (140lbs / 2X32kgs)
3 laps Plyobox Jumps (14, 18, 24 inch boxes)

  • for the split squats, i usually have my back leg further back than how you do it. Am i performing the squat wrongly?

  • Different variation equally valid. This variation is more like a weighted "Airborne" squat version of the Bulgarian split.

  • rest period and circuit reps please. This guy is awsome I will have this endurance one day! Thanks for the Motivation!
