**The rooms are spacious with:
New oak furniture, mattress and task office chair(Giroflex G64).
Sony Bravia 32" 100Hz (true motion) with a Virgin HD box (which can record

programs)
20Mb wireless broadband, and cat5e cables in the rooms running to the router

should you need a direct connection to the router from the bedroom.
2 rooms have their own balconies, 3 bathrooms for the 3 bedrooms.


**Kitchen:
2 fridge freezers, washer/dryer, electic stove, 6 gas gas burners on the hob,

stainless steel panasonic convection/grill microwave, large dishwasher, 2 large

brabantia bins (1 for recycling) - the apartment block has excellent recycling

facilities.
3 oak bar chairs and a granite worktop.

**The dining room has a large oak dining room table with 6 curved back oak chairs.

**Transport links:
Short walk to Westcombe Park rail station (5 stops to canon street include: maize

hill, greenwich, deptford, london bridge and then canon street)
Bus stop very close bye, with very short trips to Cutty Sark/Greenwich for the DLR

or North Greenwich for the jubilee line.

**Shopping and entertainment:
Sainsbury, Comet, B&Q, cinemas, restaurants and Imax less than 10 minutes walk

away, a few minutes futher and you will get to Boots, Maplin, H&M, asda, TK Max

among others. Blackheath, Cutty Sark and Greenwich very close bye for quaint local

stores/markets and entertainment.

**The prices for each room are:
Upstairs bedroom with balcony and study alcove; 750 pounds per month
Upstairs bedroom with balcony facing the street; 700 pounds per month
Downstairs en-suite bedroom; 800 pounds per month
This is the first time the rooms have been rented - if you feel the price is too

high please advise what price you feel would be more reasonable and we may re-evaluate it.
