Public domain but NON-Commercial use: I've seen this clip used several times on international TV news networks now with a TPBS (a Thai TV channel) logo imprinted on it. I wish it to be known that this is original footage taken by me, for the public domain and non-commercial use, and if any fees have been paid to TPBS (or any other individual/agent/agency) for usage, such fees should be refunded to the payee and/or given instead to a named, registered, charity or NGO (such as the one noted above) that provides care and assistance for homeless people in Bangkok. Broadcast usage may be continued provided no fees are paid for it and/or the above criteria are met.

Thailand have Great history, its wonderful country... thats why i get angry me when scum like Thaksin try to turn it in pit of corruption and "deals". When the Yellow shirts were paid by the Queen to take over the airport, they didnt shot to anyone and they didint burn anything. Do You catch difference? Do You know how democracy of Thaksin will look like? Everyone who will have money and conections will be untouchable by law, like it is in my democratic country...
