My brother Joe was involved in a serious car accident 6 years ago. Joe was ejected from his SUV while it was rolling over numerous times. He was not wearing a seatbelt. Joe sustained severe head trauma and was careflighted to a trauma unit. He held on to his life every minute of the day while he was in a coma and on life support for 2 months. He pulled through the life changing event and is now a happy, healthy and successful man. He is a walking MIRACLE. Joe will never understand what his body went through. We didn't take pictures of him while he was in the coma because we were told numerous times that he probably wasn't going to make it. We didn't want to remember Joe by looking at pictures of him in a coma. Most of these pictures were taken during his recovery and on.
