Ben Schmidt of http://www.benschmidt.tv a Fredericton NB and Oromocto NB Real Estate Agent video blogs with Sean Power of http://www.leasetobuynb.com about Rent to Own Agreements for Seller

If you are on the marketplace right now, I bet my last dollar, you are currently not marketing to the entire marketplace. There is a portion of buyers out there you are neglecting and it is possible, that they are the buyer for your home. I am talking about the rent to own buyers. There are many buyers for a number of reasons, that need to be in rent to own agreements, maybe divorce, bankruptcy, lack of credit etc.

Most sellers do not want to enter into a rent to own agreement for many reason such as: undetermined closing date, do not want to hold financing for buyer, etc. I hear those concerns and they are legitimate.

There is a company out there that can take care of this problem and create a fantastic solution for you. It is called Lease To Buy NB. We are fortunate to have Sean Power of Lease To Buy NB join us today.

Sean Power - "
We work with rent to own clients. We determine the qualification of these buyers and the type of risk they are. Once we feel safe working with these clients, we allow them to go out any choose any home they wish on the MLS marketplace. When they find the home they like, we purchase the property on their behalf.

It is a straight sale for the vendor. They do not have to enter into a rent to own agreement. We enter into a regular purchase and sale agreement, with a closing date that is mutually agreed upon and at a fair market value for your home.

To generate more traffic to your home, you simply need to advertise your home as rent to own available. In turn they will contact either Ben or myself, and once qualified they can offer on your home, through Lease To Buy NB.
