There is a portion of buyers out there you are neglecting and it is possible, that they are the buyer for your home. I am talking about the rent to own buyers. There are many buyers for a number of reasons, that need to be in rent to own agreements, maybe divorce, bankruptcy, lack of credit etc.

Most sellers do not want to enter into a rent to own agreement for many reason such as: undetermined closing date, do not want to hold financing for buyer, etc. I hear those concerns and they are legitimate.

When they find the home they like, we purchase the property on their behalf.
