This is Day 20, ya'll! 14lbs lost and no sign of stopping this! Just need a national (international) news program to have me on. I'll gladly buy a bucket of KFC grilled chicken after that!

  • Do you normally talk at that speed? I know when I have fasted for a few days before I find it harder to talk as quick as I normally do, because my stomach feels so empty and my brain is working more slowly and peacefully. I feel more tired in the evenings, and don't stay awake for as long each day. How much solid or fluid food are you consuming each day?

  • Yes, I'm a very fast talker. Because I am not an extemperanious speaker, I often have to gather my thoughts before I speak. I'm actually feeling a lot better than I thought I would be for going this long without eating solid food. I do drink a lot of fluids. A lot! I'm not trying to get sick if I can help it. My family is watching me VERY closely.

  • I'm not seening much difference in your appearance from day 1. You were good looking then and seem to have the same appearance. Perhaps it is the loose fitting shirt. I think Oprah's people are gonna need to see some skin and bones first. But keep up the good work. If your ASD allows you to speak on the topic, then please do it for the numerous soles who can't.

  • I agree! I started this journey at 180lbs. I'm a now svelte 166lbs. I didn't start out wafer thin like Mia Farrow so that's why I decided on 30 days. Eventually you will see it. Also why I'm letting more time go by. Every 5 days for an update video should do the trick. My immediate family sees the difference immediately. They are closely monitering me.
