70s was probably one the last decades of fame for the legends Kishoreda & Mohd.Rafi before they passed away in the late 80s.Among the male singers of their generation,only Manna Dey is alive.

Typical Mohammed Rafi song, one of my favorites. This great man was a genius who loved all songs in all languages, music, and singing. He mastered the classical styles of singing and was wonderful in reforming them to the modern style we know. I love singing his songs most (mkkiani youtube channel) for the depth in his voice from height of joy of Main Jat Yamla, to the deep sorrow of O Dunya Ke Rakhwale. Thank you for this upload.
