I visited these guys a little while after 9/11 but they ran a call the moment I got there. Tried to get a patch for my boy on LA City. That engine looked stinking sweet rolling out Code 3 as I was walking up, though. Gave me the chills.

OMG! I live in the town where this exact fire truck was made. It was made by SEAGRAVE FIRE APPARATUS, LLC, in Clintonville, WI. This was one of many Fire trucks that the company made and sent to NYC after Sept 11. I have personal pics of this truck and a few of the others that were sent. It's so cool to see it again. God Bless you NYC Firefighters!
