  • @beeterolds

Heck yea, if it was mine, it would be.

  • does it produce?

  • @beeterolds

As of today, I don't know if it is running. The oil is down there.

  • Something tells me Carl is the man.

  • @Barnekkid

Carl works harder than some 20 year olds I know.

  • I still love watching this start up and hearing the crunching of the vines

  • Idiots, if it hasn't been started up in so long then that means there's no oil left of all they got was brine water. You won't be able to get any oil anyways because I don't think the oil company will leave the tank battery there too. So no oil because there's no pipes

  • That thing needs a coat of paint

  • @sangolt88 if only little cars were driving gas would be over $6 per gallon since the demand is not as great... look at china!

  • @busguy100 Would be like a drop in the ocean. Only unconventional oil like oil from shale can make a difference. The Bakken field in North Dakota is a sign of that, and at a very high price for both the environment and our wallets.

  • @sangolt88 WRONG there is plenty of gas if only we could drill for it

  • @goodinohio Gas won't even go back under $3 a gallon until people stop driving SUVs and trucks in the middle of the city. Both Texas and Alaska are producing less than half of the peak decades ago, and its still in decline. I'm not looking forward to it, but gas at 5 to 6 dollars could be the result in summer 2012, and drilling even more wont stop that.

  • @derekdz That's how the control the price. See Evansville, IN. When the price per barrel is down, they turn em off. When the price goes up, they turn em on. All destined for China.

  • @raVen670 Thank You!

  • @goodinohio That is BY FAR the most redneck comment I've ever seen on youtube.
