BRAZIL - Johnny Mathis

It's September 30! Happy Birthday, Johnny. May your birthday be as wonderful as you are.

What better song than "Brazil" to celebrate! Johnny obviously loves to sing it in concert and we always love to hear him do so. "Brazil" is a true celebration of the joy that music brings!

The song was released as a bonus track in Johnny's 1998, "Ultimate Hits Collection." The CD is available for purchase. as is the individual mp3 of of this wonderful song.

"Brazil," composed by S.K. Russell and A. Barroso, was originally recorded in 1986 by Johnny Mathis with Henry Mancini.

Fantastic video, RMRY~~I LOVE how you have the 'camera' moving across or out from the pictures. And the soundtrack, of course, is perfect (Mathis and Mancini arrangement)! That's a banjo playing in the song, by the way, not a guitar as in the 'live concert' version.
