@ojpow I saw the lead dude play with Kurt Vile a few weeks ago and since then have become a huge fan of this band cant wait to see them Saturday

Clearly lots of cool influences behind this, but it stands as a great sound in it's own right.
Also, if you like this, check out Kurt Vile who used to be in this band.

Arcade Fire + The Boss = this. And it's pretty damn good.

ummmm hate to be a technical bitch but this sounds more like mid-career boss than early boss (die-harn Springsteen fan.) Early boss didn't have the big, reverby sound like this and had a more direct Dylan influence in terms lyrics/phrasing. Also more jazz-influenced. There, that's my soapbox.
