Good singer and a great performer . but I wouldn't pay to see him - too much chance of getting facile and self-righteous PC lecture.
I didn't like this, I thought he murdered a lovely hymn.

everytime i hear this song i think about all those people that have sung this song before me. those in slavery, those demonstrating during the civil rights movement... so many people, so many stories... i feel so small thinking about the history of this beautiful song! "we'll walk hand in hand someday!! we shall live in peace someday!!"
