If you look at the falling towers with anything close to an analytical eye, the falling tower itself is like a large fuse. There is clearly something very funky going on. Id bet it is something more than conventional explosives. Everything being vaporized seems to confirm a black tech. I doubt conventional explosives would vaporize everything.
