I'm pretty sure this was filmed in 2002, my sister's reaction to one of those pictures you stare at until something pops up to scare them without knowing.

I transferred this video from my camcorder to the computer using a Pinnacle Dazlle.

What my sister was looking at was one of those flash animations that was sent to us in an email and this was around 8 years ago, so it's gonna be hard to find the exact same one but there are several of these around that are similar, you just have to look. Check out a video called peeping tom, that's a good one to get somebody with.
