That's a rather impressive program. It combines a lot of strength training techniques into one, from warmup to cool down. It's very similar to what I am doing now with different exercises. Looks like a good 1½ to 2 hour or longer total workout from my experience. However, it sounds rather interesting for someone looking to move up a notch and increase their potential to achieve more fitness and well being. Sound like a very good change to ones existing program before going on to another one.

i agree 98%.....Besiiiidessssss straight leg raise for i have found this further shortens the hip flexer which is a detrimental to overall posture and hip placement. what do i guy know though? this guy took lance to the top of his game!
