  • @Phantom27Lancer High Weight and low rep range 2-5, with longer rest periods and stopping a rep before failure is for strength and density. Lower weights and higher rep range 6-10 is for sarcoplasmic growth, lower rest periods, lift till failure

  • So I want to do this, I also read your page. I'm working on my body fat percentage, I'm doing Tim Farris's Slow-Carb diet, I'd like your opinion on it when dealing with your program, please. Also, I watch the "Round vs. Angle" video on your page and I saw "1-3 reps,etc." So when I go between low/high rep, am I lifting heavy weight for both, or?

  • Isn't higher rep lower weight lifting for increasing density and endurance? I've always been told lower rep higher weight was for sarcoplasmic gains. Clarify?
