OK, lets be fair. The music does fit the scene, but firstly, it´s to loud, secondly, you didn´t seem to make you mind up, wether we want the music, or the dialoge and thirdly, the video is to short and stops in the middle of the sentence, you shouldn´t do that.

I think this video is supposed to be 'ironic' in its use of a musical track over the tv footage. Very funny!.....the alternative is that the person who made it actually thinks the video theyve made is good! (which doesn't bare thinking about.)
