Chess Traps- Elephant Trap

We take a look at the Elephant Trap in chess that stems from the Queens Gambit Declined line where white tries to take the weakness black has falsely presented and try to go up in material early on in the game. In fact this attempt fails and black ends up with a big advantage in the game.

Can you post a full game where the elephant trap is used, from start to finish? I've managed to lay the trap twice, both times failing with it. I know I'm not a good player, but both times I suffered a pawn rush.
