I apologize for the subtitles. Their principal looks like some kind of strip club owner. Is that Jamal Woods from Port Charles in Bulk and Skulls gang at 2:42 seconds? During the scene when Bulk and Skull run into the pig-gladiator monster, we see that they're not afraid to stand up to the monster. It's never quite clear why they back away. Shortly thereafter, Bulk innocently enjoys a tasty banana sundae, which is interrupted with a bowlful of hot chili to the head, without provocation, though technically this is an accident. If you've never noticed, Ernie gives out free stuff A LOT.
The scene at the science fair is a clear indication of how Bulk and Skull are constantly victimized by the Power Rangers' bullying. The Power Rangers insult their intelligence and then feel compelled to push them around on a trolley. That fashion machine needs some serious fine-tuning. As we can see from the Hobby Weeks Project sketch, we can see that Bulk and Skull do not tolerate showing off and that they recognize that being humble and modest is a virtue.
Episode 6: Food Fight:
Why were the Power Rangers in charge of clean-up? Bulk and Skull started the whole ruckus!

Because they must be in charge of everything. The world is their playground merely because they are portrayed as confident and correct in all things.
