Had you researched the duties and powers of the president you would know that Barrack is plenty qualified. The presidents power is not absolute. Obama will be balanced by the House and Senate. The tax plan is subject to revision and has to be approved by vote.
McCain is not a safe choice. Ask anyone that works with the elderly and they will tell you that he is pre-altzheimers. He may be hopped up on meds during debates but the man is a skitzo.
