prana is very subtle and everything is prana just different types. I for one believe that prana can be given distant. Gurunath Yogiraj explains how he used prana to heal his wife in one of his videos, makes so much sense when a person like Gurunath explains. This video is also helpfull, thank you!

Namaste! energy follows thought. Where you put your attention, energy follows. Similarly, mobile signals travels miles and miles but we never question how come the signals travels so far in the air.
