Im on free roam with eddie and i have only found the tvr and the british racing car. all the other cars aint there? i've been checking the locations and im at the right spot but there not there!

The VX Lightning concept at 0:16 is only found in that location, it is not seen driving around the city like the regular Vauxhall VX220s.

No, the one in this vid is is a Lotus Carlton. It is a modified Vauxhall Carlton released by Lotus. Regular Vauxhall Carltons are in the game though.
