Bhajan in Bhairavi sung by Pandit Bhimsen Joshi. The existing song on youtube uploaded by 'Cypher88888888' is in two parts. It seems to be of a later recording, probably live and has disturbances in it. I have uploaded the original and clearer version. There is a shorter version. If anyone has it please upload.

  • @bhattpriyank3 Sorry, I don't have the performance you have requested.

  • Just marvelous ! And such an appropriate bhajan to upload both to show reverence to his genius and to prayerfully wish him eternal rest. Bhajans like this probably have given comfort to millions of bereaved families. Now it's our turn to offer the same comfort to his close kin and friends. You did a great service to them on behalf of all of Guruji's fans today, Deepak. Thank you.

  • @chamogaa Thanks. All of Panditji's Bhajans are soothing. This is my tribute to him.May his soul rest in peace.

  • GREAT JOB DONE,THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH.

  • While listening to this marvellous rendition by late Panditji, one's mind glides in the realm of bhakti effortlessly with the one pointed thought of the Supreme Brahman just like the honey bee enjoying the licking of sweet nectar in a fragrant flower being oblivious of its surroundings.

  • One can attain real peace of mind by listening to this evergreen bhajan sung so exquisitely by Pandit Bhimsen Joshi and follow the spiritual advice contained in the song.

  • listen to it....in a room ...all by yourself...close your eyes.....and see the impact it has on your heart.....

  • Simply extetic!

  • THANKS A LOT. I HAD THE SHORTER VERSION

  • The actual meaning of the poem is:

The one who always and fully engages in ones work (this can be any work)

    Attains the highest aim

    Leave behind worldly pleasures

    Sits alone with full concentration

Aspire to follow the path your guru(‘s feet) have walked (upon)

    And you will realize God

  • Jo bhaje hari so sada Wohi param pad payega Chhod duniya ke majhe sub Bhaith kar ekant mein Dhyandhar guru ke charanaka To prabhu mil jayega Literal translation: The one who remembers/praises God always Will attain the Ultimate goal Leave the pleasures of the world Sit alone (in meditation) Meditate upon the feet of your guru And you will realize God
