I had a SCCA national race today at Buttonwillow yesterday. The race the day prior a braided steel oil cooler line rubbed a hole through my aluminum radiator. I found out that when braided steel meets aluminum, braided steel wins. The air temperature was around 106 degrees, so in lap six when I lost most of my coolant, the computer kicked in and shut me down for that race.
Well, not to be deterred, the folks at Seven's Only helped me fix the leak. Believe it or not, the quick and effective solution was JB Weld! I missed qualifying for my Sunday race due to repairs so I had to start from the back of the pack.
This video is testament to the power of the stock C5 Corvette Z06. Unfortunately the video shut-off after five minutes of racing, but you can see what a blast it was....
@01Z06guy nice catch!

Look at the dates. 10/1/06 vs 5/18/08. Not to mention this car is a Z06 in a race and the video you linked was a convertible in an HPDE. Obviously these two videos are NOT of the same car. Why would you even try to make such a rediculous connection?

If I remember correctly the reason the video shut off was mostly due to this:
