Darren Brown showed a similar trick where he flipped a coin to get heads ten times in row,,, it looked pretty damn impressive. Until after the show he explains, that it was just pure editing, and it took like 10 hours for it to actually happen, but it proves it can happen, it just takesa hell of long time

@RaDaKiSmusic nope, the probability of a "balancing" spin being next is the same as the chance of a "streak" spin. For example, after getting 4 reds in a row, the chance of a "balancing" black is the same as a 5th red, i.e. 50:50.
My guess is (like many of Blaine's tricks) it's all in the editing, they try multiple times, only broadcast the winning recipients. 1 in 32 times the lucky recipient hits the $3200 jackpot, the failed $100 = just the cost of putting together the show.
