It has been months since little Dorothy Gale returned from Oz, the girl can't sleep.. days.. weeks slip by and it is hard for her to gain a full nights sleep. She continues to talk of Oz, of all the wonderful places, people and things experienced there. Aunt em.. distressed about Dorothy, concerned for her nieces' health and well being takes her to see a doctor.. at a mental hospital in another town. Leaving there over night to go through the electro-shock treatment that is to be the cure all for the new age. But during the night of the treatment.. the power dies... Dorothy is rescued by a mysterious little girl who leads her back to the land of oz
