He always leads the Wings in ice time. So did Chara for his team and Weber for his. He got the award because he gave the puck to Datsyuk or Zetterberg more than Chara and Weber? Chara, who mind you I loathe, deserved it 10x more than Lidstrom. Lets analyze that: Lidstrom had 55 even strength points and he was -2, while Chara had 38 even strength points and +33. Chara earned it through his play, but it was given to Lidstrom. Chara was cheated.

@mikael3696 The NHL was made into the perfect place for the Red Wings after the CBA.

Lidstrom is too old. This will be his last season and it will not be his best. He did not deserve the Norris. He won it purely because he is old. As a defensive defencemen, he had his worst season of his career. I've already stated this.

If the Red Wings were a company, I wouldn't invest in them because they have nothing new coming out. Its just the same old product, which is becoming very predictable

Do me a favor and try to remember making those comments 10 months from now. " Why don't the Red Wings just move their club to Europe?" So making the playoffs for twenty years straight, and winning 4 cups in that time span(including one just three years ago) isn't good enough to stay in the NHL?

Have you already forgotten all of the "they're too old" "they're not tough enough" nonsense that was said just after the new CBA?
