@escape4x4123 actually it appears to be oil and possibly dispersant mixture but definitely oil. The dispersed oil sank and is now on the bottom of the sea floor ( no one is certain how much remains but likely over 50%) being brought in whenever something churns the water. The Corexit use was a total crime - very sad that it can only happen here in the good ole USA
