  • @crazy4corbinbleux I don't base my beliefs soley on evidence though evidence is the most useful way of determining whether a claim is true. It's not a shame at all. There's nothing wrong with hope but to base a belief on faith is irrational. If you care at all whether your beliefs are true you wouldn't base them on faith, you'd base them on evidence and reason.

  • @RationalConclusion It's a shame that you base your beliefs SOLELY on evidence. You don't need to see the whole staircase, to be able to know it's there, to be able to have hope or faith. How else are human beings supposed to life their lives, always knowing something for certain?
