Carga eléctrica y ley de Coulomb (electric charge and Coulomb's law)

El video muestra como pueden crearse cargas eléctricas por fricción de dos materiales (barras de plástico y paños), y como esos materiales cargados eléctricamente pueden atraer a otros objetos que se encuentran cercanos. También muestra como cargas del mismo signo se repelen y cargas de distinto signo se atraen.
The video shows how electrical charges can be created by friction of two materials (plastic bars and cloth), and how these materials electrically charged can attract material even if they are discharged. It also shows how charges of equal charge (positive-positive or negative-negative) repel each other and materials with different charge (positive-negative) attract each other.
