This is awesome......you can challenge yourself more by holding your arms up in front of you, palms facing down or up.

This is a pretty good challenge actually. We will probably be using wall squats at some point. Although I've found on average they seem to be easier for women than they are for men. Not sure why that is, if its that women usually weigh less of if its a hip thing, or what. Well done. You crushed this IMO

@cashpath - oh cool. yes... I've found that as well. My husband hates them! and even Tony horton looks pretty afraid of them in the video. lol
