NOME, Alaska - An MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew conducts an ice landing beside the Coast Guard Cutter Healy offshore of Nome, Alaska, on Jan. 18, 2012. Coast Guard ice landings are extremely rare, requiring extensive safety testing of ice prior to execution. U.S. Coast Guard video by Petty Officer 2nd Class Eric J. Chandler.
@Tuffo3 Yep outside air data sensor. The MH-65C model was the last to have them.

@skeeterskeetin Oh, OK I stand corrected then. I was going based on the civ model like you said. What's OADS by the way, something-air data sensor?
Tuffo3 1 month ago
@Tuffo3 Nope it is a MH-65D Dolphin. You can tell it's a delta model from the lack of an OADS tube on top of the rotor. The civilian model is a AS-365. I work on them, and Ican answer any questions you might have before you try to correct people.
