Sell it and buy a tj with the. It is a waste of money to try and make that engine more powerful. The tj 4.0 has fuel injection and a direct ignition system. I have mine up to about 220 hp and 270ft-lbs just with bolt ons. You can pick them up for cheap now

i have a '94 jeep with the smaller engine, whats good first mods to look into? and what kinda cost am i looking at (just curious so people dont rip me off)

Not true. Sure a stock Jeep can do this. But, it can't go threw a lot more than that. It will get stuck. Adding lift kits and Mud/AT tires helps a hell of lot more. Now the light bar and all that. There is no need. You might want a brush guard if you are planning on running into things. Other than that a winch for safety...

Not bad for stock.if your gonna get a lift and tires, dont make the mistake i did by getting the 2inch lift. just save up for a 4 inch lift and some 33x12in tires.
