This is kind of an important video to some of you; others won't really care. This is my last KovuxSimba video. The pairing has always been something close to my heart, and because of that, I will no longer want to or be able to create stories for them. Most every video I've made with the pair has related to my life in some way, and even if not based on true events, KovuxSimba has always just.. meant more to me than the typical pairs. I apologize to those of you who have enjoyed videos I've made with this pairing, but I hope you'll understand, from one artist to another, that certain forms of inspiration are specific to events in your life, and must respectfully come to a close with the end of a chapter in one's life.
To the one who inspired me for all of those videos and many more: thank you. It's the simplest sentence I can reduce everything down to. You've done so much for me, and I owe most of who I am today to you. So thank you.

Story: Simba met Kovu when he was rather young and immature. The two were friends, but as they became closer, they became much more. Kovu was always there for Simba, but once Kovu was gone, Simba felt it was all simply a trick. He always wanted Kovu to be happy, and is hurt when Kovu just gets upset with his trying to move on. Simba tries not to think about it, but Kovu lingers.. So Simba leaves all together to try and make it simpler.. But he still remembers walking with Kovu, how Kovu was always proud to be with him even when people gave them looks.. He remembers secretly wishing Kovu would come back, but that he went anyway, promising to never forget.. And now Kovu is gone, happy, and all Simba can wonder is how it could've been so easy to give up something they had thought perfect. But regardless, he knows it's done, and truly just content to know Kovu is happy.

From another artist to one, I completely understand. These were always your most heart filled ones, and it's sad to wish them goodbye, but I can't tell you how many stories or pieces I've started and done because it was an outlet for something happening.

Also... sometimes they come back. Maybe one day down the road it'll mean something else to you.

My advice if it happens... grab it and run, they become your neatest pieces with that.

This was so sad, yet beautiful, as are all your vids. I've really enjoyed seeing your SimbaXKovu vids, and this was a great conclusion to them :)
