Triglycerides are blood fats but are not caused by eating fat. Fat has a different digestive pathway. High blood fats are caused by excessive carbohydrates. Wiki and google triglycerides.

Fantastic job! :)
Don't listen to Fred Hanh, he's just an ignorant slob who can't let go of his meat attachment, so he denies science whenever possible to make himself feel better.

Sorry Fred. You're simply wrong. The cholesterol and saturated fat found in animal products, along with other dangerous proteins and compounds, dramatically increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, and cancer.
I know this is hard for you to understand, given that you're a senile, chubby, pasty looking fellow, attached to his estrogenic meat substances, but you need to just let go and accept the facts for once.
Sorry Fred, the truth isn't always pretty.

A total cholesterol level of 100 puts you at SERIOUS risk for stroke. Google it. You lost the weight because you quit your SAD diet NOT because you stopped eating animal matter. And I'm glad you feel better.

Dr. Esselstyn, former president of Cleveland Clinic, REVERSING heart diseases for last 25 years with plant based diet at his clinic, all documented. He just doesn't talk, he back it up. Expert enough? A lady I know ended up in hospital following you diet advice.

Not anyone? You kill about 50 land animals, more in your case, every year. Well, you have someone else kill them for you.

Are you an expert? Dr. E is a doctor - not an RD. He has no certifications in nutrition or degrees in biochemistry. He's just an M.D. What makes him an expert? Physicians are NOT experts in nutrition.
But you don't have to be an expert. You have to be correct about what you are saying and have experience helping people.
Define "expert" please.
