Another day at the office (with 9 month old Bristow James in tow) for Diamond Head Road Hawai'i owner, Stacy Porteus..."Here we are at Michele Zane-Faridi's boutique, Hana Hou; a Hilo bayfront fixture that features everything from uber popular local designers, Fighting Eel, to adorable Avanti aloha shirts for little ones. Michele and I had fun turning Diamond Head Road silk wraps into luxurious and easy to wear strapless dresses - I wore the Torch Ginger in Plum to a wedding the next night on the North Shore of O'ahu and it was a hit. Mahalo, Michele! And thanks to another Michelle, our favorite working mom and first lady, Michelle Obama, for wearing Diamond Head Road during some family down time while hanging on Kailua Beach over the holidays."
