White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs informs George Stephanopoulos that "we are closer than we've ever been before" in passing health care reform, and then breaks down what a public option is and is not, using the state of Alabama as an example.
Stephanopoulos then asked if a bill without a public option could be passed. "The President believes it is a valuable tool," Gibbs said, but declined to say whether or not it is "essential."
I Believe This Was A Video Clip Of ABC News' This Week With George Stephanopoulos' Report On Gibbs: Public Option "Valuable", But Not Essential? On Sunday Morning, September 6, 2009.

Those fuckers want to force into buying private insurance. FUCK THAT!!! What happened to the health care reform, controlling costs, public option and all that??? Forcing everybody to pay insurance mafias for nothing IS NOT REFORM. It's fucking bullshit.

Personally I don't want the government run by public opinion - I just want it run according to the constitution and with a large dose of common sense. If the public option wins, the currently insured will suddenly find that their current insurance policy will either change or be dropped. The insurance industry will not have any way to fix their problems - they will be destroyed. Then we will all be on the public option - except for the federal government personnel including congress.
