Creating Photographs: Children's Portrait

New Series! I had an idea to make videos on how I created some of my photographs from over the years. This first one is a child's portrait taken with natural light, no flash. My settings were f2.8 1/320/sec at ISO 320. I used my Nikon D3 and 70-200 2.8 lens.

Nice shot Greg, would you consider cropping it a little?

Personally I like the negative space but a square crop would work well too if that is your preference.

Very nice photo. If it was my photo, I would have made his face color a bit warmer. Can you explain why you chose to keep his natural color and not enhance it a little?
