Nice vid. I have lived in Chas. for over 20 years and my family was originally from here waaaay back in 1725. IMO, the best time of year in Chas. is Christmas. The weather is cool/chilly, the college is out so there are not thousands of students walking and driving around and the traffic is not nearly as bad as the rest of the year. South of Broad is decorated and looks beautifu. SO if you want to enjoy Chas. you should visit close to Christmas.
