@ausfarmer89 If you know how to properly cut a tree with a chainsaw, you will not be going to the hospital.

@sadbutsandman91 @Robin2475 If your an experienced logger and you know what your doing of course you could cut the tree down with a chain saw but 99% of people would end up dead cutting that tree down it wasn't nice straight solid tree it was half rotten and never mind the fact that it was full of bees. Sure if it was a good solid tree I'd cut it down with a chain saw too but then I'd give you the shovel to dig the stump out.

@goodcat1982 chainsaw leaves a stump, this sliced through the roots and got the whole stump tipped out, I think it's worth the time to use the tree's leverage to get as much as possible out of the ground.

It may not be as fast as a chainsaw, but you gotta admit, this thing would be a blast to operate !!

don't tell you are a farmer because if you are you should know how important trees are ,or did you knock it down because you got sick of having to go around it

@goodcat1982 Actually no, that looks like farming ground to me. It's so much quicker to dig the tree out and let it fall then to cut it then dig it out. Because the weight of the tree helps pull it out. As you can see they have tried burning it out.
