Ya I know a guy who drove one he said it was to scare old Charlie and give him a nice big fat target to drop mortars and RPGs on he hated them and loved them he loved the big 50 cal he said the would set up over looking an area from the high ground and wait a few vc would always want to take pot shots at them then they would let loose with the 50 Charlie would run or be done
