Here is a clip demonstrating some of the deadlift variations we perform with our athletes. This is not meant to be an in-depth examination of form and technique, just to give people some ideas for their training.

Variations included:
1.) Conventional
2.) Semi-Sumo
3.) Deficit
4.) Adding Bands
5.) Trap-Bar
6.) Rack Pull

  • isnt the reason a sumo deadlift is called sumo because you use a sumo stance which is very wide, just like with sumo squats?
