1. get 2 lamps ( 250 xp each ) from the knight of lumby.
2. get another 2 lamps ( 1000 xp each)From the Professir in the stronghold of safety.
3. u will have after taking the lamps 11 range 10 hp.
4. 11 - 20 range : Giants rats in varrock sewers
5. 20 - 30 range : Minotaur lvl 12 in Stronghold of security level 1.
6. 30 - 40 range : Scorpions lvl 14 in Dwarven Mine In Falador.
7. 40 - 55 range : Hill Giants lvl 28 At The Dungeon Near Grand Exchange.
8. 55 - 70 range : Lesser Demons lvl 82 at Karamja Dungeon.
9. 70 - 99 range : Ankous lvl 82 In Stronghold of Security level 4. ( U can train from 70 to 80 range at bounty hunter then continue to 99 at ankous).

@Jackanddave1997 yes amulet of power is better. It gives u +6 for every stat (except pray i think). U can check the stats on the worn equipment tab
