better to slice the tomatoes before using dicer rather that using dicer in two different directions ... less potential for mush, especially with ripe tomatoes

@DGA2000 If you have a small amount, a 1/6sz 2" deep plastic or s/s pan fits. For larger amounts, this will fit inside of a full size plastic or steamtable pan. If you put it inside of a full pan, just make sure you have something, like our "board buddies", under the pan to keep it from slipping.
