  • How much Flax oil and Pineapple juice should be used?

  • Just a small amount of flax, maybe less than a teaspoon. Pineapple juice it depends how sweet or thick you want it. It is really just a make it how you like it recipe.

  • I tried this with my vanilla protein powder it taste AMAZING.The only thing i didn't have was flax oil =/

    but i did put actual flax seed it it so that helps for fiber and some extra B vitamins!!Great video thatnx *^^.
